General information:
Infants up to 2 years free of charge. Prices are for the number of persons indicated. Additional persons are subject to payment. Pets upon request and extra charge.
Takeover of the rental object from 15.00 o’clock. Drop off until 10.00 o’clock. In the Villa 11.00 o’clock.
The Villa and the guest house are on self-catering basis.

100% prepayment, payable at the time of booking.
The prices shown are for 1 day. If you rent the whole house, we will set the price individually, depending on the number of people/children, room and rental period. So bring the whole family or friends – maximum 20 people for the Villa and the Guest House. You will then enjoy the whole Serenity Garden exclusively.
The rental price includes: Electricity, water, bed linen, towels and heating costs, as well as the use of the fully equipped kitchen. The price does not include additional activities (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Meals, animations and workshops for children, massages, etc.), the prices of which depend on your needs and our possibilities.
